Alex Feher

Alex is an executive coach and consultant in workplace culture and leadership development.

He has coached CEO’s, GM’s and their teams across industries including IT, funds management, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, property development and SME startups. He is also the co-author of recently published Master CEO's - Insights From Australia's Leading CEOs.

He started out as an Industrial Engineering consultant for large manufacturing organisations responsible for re-organising work teams, factory layouts and implementing manufacturing planning and control systems. This gave him first hand experience at implementing systems change across different interest groups within organisations.

Shortly after immigrating to Australia from South Africa and using his experience he co-founded a manufacturing and IT conference company. He introduced some of the leading IT media brands and trade shows into Australia. It’s IT division was eventually acquired by Japanese Softbank Expos which was later merged with the US global IT media giant Ziff-Davis.

Alex then became Managing Director of Ziff-Davis in Australia followed by MD for Asia-Pacific of Key3Media, a Ziff-Davis spin-off until 2002.

His executive coaching expertise is supported by a solid practical grounding in running businesses, managing teams and running the Australian office for a NYSE listed global media company.

He has a M.Sc Ind Eng and lives in Sydney with his family.
