Tom Boardman, CEO of Nedbank (South Africa) and a passionate believer in the Cultural Transformation Tools, was interviewed in May 2009 by Richard Barrett, Chairman and Founder of Barrett Values Centre.
Tom's organisation, Nedbank, with more than 26,000 employees began using the tools on an annual basis in 2005. Since that time, they have seen both a significant drop in cultural entropy and a significant rise in revenue and share price. Nedbank has achieved these results by managing their values and applying the principles of whole systems change to their organisation.
